A Legacy of Two Centuries
From the king's table
to your chai cup.
In the late 1800s, an impossible request was placed at the Nizam's court — a biscuit both sweet and savoury, gentle on a sovereign's diabetic tongue. The Osmania was born. Twenty years on the bake floor and years in the culinary archives taught us how to recreate it — unchanged.
Researched, not reinvented
We spent years among historical culinary journals at university archives and public libraries — tracing the original Osmania formula to its late-nineteenth-century roots. Not a ratio changed. Not a nuance lost.
On the bake floor
Two decades across the Hotel and FMCG bakery industry taught us discipline — small batches, measured hands, and a reverence for provenance.
BAKLOFS
Every tin you open is the product of patience, research, and the same Nizami soul — baked in Hyderabad, shipped pan-India, unchanged from the original.
